All Lloyds Bank International, S.A.U. accounts and deposits will be held in Spain and subject to Spanish Law and Spanish banking rules. Lloyds Bank International, S.A.U. is registered with and regulated by the Bank of Spain who may be contacted at Banco de España, Servicio Jurídico de Reclamaciones, Alcalá 48, 28014 Madrid. You must give us a mortgage over property in Spain. All lending is subject to Spanish law. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over. The loan secured against the Spanish property is in Euros.

For credit cards, credit facilities are subject to status and available to UK Residents aged 18 and over. Credit is provided by Lloyds Bank International, S.A.U. whose principal office is at C/ Serrano, 90, 5a Planta, 28006 Madrid and subject to Spanish law.

Insurance products are provided by Lloydesa, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado (Grupo Lloyds TSB), S.A.U. ("Lloydesa").
